By downloading, installing, or using PG WALLA ("App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Services Provided

PG WALLA is a platform that connects paying guest (PG) property owners with tenants. We facilitate property listings, tenant discovery, bookings, and rent collection. We do not own or operate PG accommodations.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and payment information
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Respect agreements made with PG owners or tenants
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Rent Payments

• Rent payments are transferred directly to PG owners
• All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway
• Payment confirmation will be sent to both parties

4.2 Service Fees

• PG WALLA charges a service/platform fee, payable by the tenant at the time of rent payment
• Service fees are clearly displayed before payment confirmation
• Fees may vary based on the transaction amount and payment method

4.3 Subscription Fees

• Subscription fees for owners are billed as per the chosen plan
• Billing cycles are monthly or yearly as selected
• Auto-renewal can be disabled in account settings

5. Refunds

• Subscription and service fees are non-refundable
• Rent payments are final and non-refundable once processed
• Refunds may be issued only in cases of technical errors or duplicate transactions

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate our Terms & Conditions
• Misuse the app or engage in fraudulent activity
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in harassment or inappropriate behavior
• Fail to comply with payment obligations

• All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on PG WALLA are owned by us or our licensors
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• User-generated content remains the property of the user but grants us a license to use it on our platform

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, India.
