• Storage Access: Used to store or retrieve the images you choose to upload.
• KYC Data: We collect images of your government-issued ID (front and back) and an optional selfie to manually verify your identity.
• These are standard photos, not biometric or facial recognition data.
• The photos are stored securely on Firebase Cloud Storage and are not shared with any third parties.

• App usage patterns and preferences.
• Search history, saved PGs, booking and visit history.
• Device type, OS version, crash logs, and performance data.

• Provide and improve our PG-finding and booking services.
• Verify your identity through manual KYC verification.
• Process bookings and manage your account.

All media uploads and user data are securely stored on Google Firebase servers.

If you delete your account, all related information—including KYC documents and photos—is permanently deleted from our servers.
